For this year's conference, the program will be distributed as a mobile app. This will be sent to all delegates around 2 weeks before the conference.

The basic schedule will be:

July 2       4:00pm - Registration and Welcome event

July 3-5    8:30-4:30pm - Talk and poster presentations

July 3       Speed Networking event

July 5       Conference Dinner and Awards Ceremony

July 6-7    8:00-5:00pm - Field Trips. These are either half-day or full-day trips.

July 8-10  9:00-5:00pm - Workshops

July 8       Trivia Night

July 10     Farewell event

July 11     Everyone departs
